H4 for wife if Husband is in EAD ?

I am here in US and I am currently on EAD.

My wife is in India and wanted to check under what visa status I can get her here in US to join me.

 

Can she apply for H4 visa and join me here ?

 

Please any suggestions and advise would be great.

How can she apply for H4 when you are in EAD and not on H1B?

An H4 would only be possible if you are in H1 status.

If you are working with an EAD, there are no dependent visas.
