H1B Transfer - RFE Not Answered

Background:

 

I am working in India Location and all this happening being in India.
1. Had H1B with H4 for family in Feb/2014 from Company A

2. i looked outside as Company A has no forecast about Onsite.

3. Company B Started H1B transfer and now its in RFE State.
    Company B not showing interest in answering RFE as they found few more for filling the open positions in US.

Now Questions raise in my mind

1. If RFE not answered in time from Company B
     Will my H1B Visa gets invalid or Only the Transfer gets rejected ?

2. If Transfer gets rejected means H1B also rejected ?

3. Company C is ready to get the transfer initiated.
    Can i go for Transferring H1B with Company C as it is still under RFE State from Company B Transfer ?

 

Horrible situation and seeking help from this forum.
