H1B RFE, CPT RELATED

I have been working with my client since last 2 yrs. My employer has filed my h1 as design engineer as I have completed my MS in Mechanival from USA only.

 

Last year my application didn't select in lottery so I joined university which offer CPT from first day. I enrolled in Master of Sceince program.

 

To get aprrove my CPT, my previous employer (which is now mid vendor) gave me offer letter with job title Project Supervisor and in April I moved to my current employer which also shown as project supervisor.

 

My client letter says I have been working as design enginner which I submitted to USCIS.

In RFE releated to CPT they asked all questions including letter from employer describing my duites.

 

as my employer has filed my h1b as design enginner what should I mention in the employement letter?

 is it going to be probelm?

 

please need your opnions and suggestion

Why do you think you are going to have any input into the employment letter?

 

You do have a problem with CPT from day 1. It sounds like a fraudulent university.

That's it. Its' gone.

You have abused your F1 program by working illegally on CPT. Your H1 might get approved, but your career in US is in trouble.

Wow..you and your employer have screwed up your status very badly..your H1 will get rejected now and even in the future. Go back home

I would question whether a "project supervisor" requires a bachelors level degree too.
