I am currently a student with American College of Commerce and Technology in
Falls Church, VA pursuing MS in Information Technology. I am writing to you
to plea for re-applying of my F1 Visa which was cancelled on June 10th,2014
In a few lines, I would like to explain my case and would request you to
extend your support to me towards continuing my education. Please let
me know what can I do now.

Case: I have recently visited India to meet my father as he was not well, and
when returning to continue my education, was stopped by the US Custom and
Border Protection stating reason of working in CPT for full time during my
education.

My Explanation: I will give the explanation and all my actions so far in US in
a step-wise manner to give a easy and clear picture.

· Joined Coleman University on Oct, 14, 2013 to pursue MBA.

· In March decided to change university after 4 courses because my bachelors
in Engineering is in Computers and was looking for a program which had a
combination of IT and Management subjects.

· Took admission in American College of Commerce and Technlology(ACCT) and got
18.5 credits transferred from previous university..

· Joined ACCT in April,2014 in MS-IT Co-Op program which had both IT
and Management
subjects..

· Co-Op program requires of me to work off campus to gain practical experience
and carries 4.5 credits of my education.

· I have completed 2 months of education here which accounts for 9 credits.

· As i was near half my education period, i wanted ot start working and claim
the CPT credits and started the process as the whole job search and job
will be a time taking process.

· Found a job in June and got my CPT activated.

· I had a subject called CIS 590 which gives me credits and was mandatory as
a part of curriculum and for which I need to work and gain valuable experience
and send report of my practical learning to my professor in the college.

· Heard news of my father’s poor health condition as he was supposed to have
a heart by-pass surgery and took 10 day permission from college for travel,
and was allowed as this would mean I will miss only two classes and will
still be in status.

· I took a travel I-20 with CPT still reflecting on it.

· On June 10th,2014 while I was returning, I was stopped by the US Custom and
Border protection and at the airport and was told that i was not supposed
to work off campus. Even when I explained the case, they sent me back to
India.

· My college contacted SEVIS and USCIS to confirm my actions were right and
I am not in violation, and both the departments confirmed I am in status
and am not in violation of any rules.

.Please help me complete myeducation and help me return back to US asap as my classes are running and I am uselessly wasting time in India. Do let me know if I am to provide any

further documentation, proof to appear in person in the consulate to
support my case.

You got nothing to do here.

Find a good university (public ) not private one and go for F1 interview. If you are lucky you will get your visa.

Your current university is good for nothing.

CPT of course

OP, neither institutions you named is a recognized university.

Yes, the only reason to join this fraud is for fraudulent CPT.

And in some discussion back when another fraud university in Virginia was closed by the state, somebody with obvious insider knowledge essentially claimed that this fraud bribed (ok, he said "lobbying", I took the liberty to translate that into real English...) officials to get SEVP approval:

"It took ACCT two years to get he SEVIS a well as lobbying the US senators and congress offices for support."
