I140 Amend RFE

I have applied to amend my I140 due to company acquisition. It triggered a RFE and haven't received the notice yet (more than a week now).

how long will it take to receive the notice?...l checked with the lawyer and have not received it.

Also I don't know the reason?...previous I140 is in approved state and no change.
