Below is the expiry dates : L2 Visa expiry : Aug, 2014 I-94 expiry : Aug, 2014 (same as visa expiry) EAD expiry : Nov 2014 My question is can she continue to stay and work in US after Aug 2014 and till Nov 2014 ? jairichi Posted June 24, 2014 Report Share Posted June 24, 2014 She has to apply for L2 extension of status. Only if approved she can work with her current EAD otherwise she ceases to be on L2 status after Aug 2014. Link to comment
