Sponcering B2 visa for parents-Will penidng COS to H4 be an obligation ?

HI , 

My husband recently moved from L1 to H1.We both applied for changes of staus .He recieved his i-94 but i just recieved H4 reciept number which shows status as initial review.Checked with attorney and he is not sure how long will it take to get approved.

My parents are planning to visit USA in august and my husband is sponsering for them.In the documents check list,i see Child visa status and 1-94 copy.
As i have only reciept number but not new i-94.Will it be an issue for my parents during visa interview?
Also my previous i-94 has a validity till november 2014.

please help me out!

No need to worry as there is no such thing called sponsorship for a visitor visa. Even submitting an I-134 is not a requirement. They need to apply by themselves and convince VO that they have strong ties to home country and intend to come back to their home country.

From where did you got that checklist??

 

Your visa is no way related to your parents visiting visa application. BTW their is no sponsor ship for visiting visa.

you just need to stay out of this...there is no sponcership of visitor's visa...your parents have to apply their visa themselves.
