Two H1B Applications

Hi Murthy Law Firm,

 

I got my 140 approved from my current employer (EMployer A) and I am at the end of 9 years of H1B (expiring at the end of August 2014). And I have applied for H1B transfer with a new employer (Employer B) and applied for 3 year extension under premium processing. We have received an RFE and employer B is working with the attorney firm to respond to RFE.

 

Meanwhile, my current employer (Employer A) is asking for my documents to file for H1B extension. Will it cause an issue to my H1B petition applied through Employer B, if Employer A files for a H1B extension. Please clarify.
