rajk1234 Posted June 20, 2014 Report Share Posted June 20, 2014 Hi, I have moved from Comany A to Company B recently, my H1 and My Spouse's H4 transfer are still pending. My previous H1 and Spouse's H4 with company A is valid till 2017 . My question is can i apply for COS for my Spouse to F1 when the current H4 application is in pending status? or do i have to wait for the approval of her H4 before applying for COS? vara.neni Posted July 7, 2014 Report Share Posted July 7, 2014 USCIS might deny the COS as there is another case pending on the same petitioner. Try expediting the H1 processing by premium processing H1 case and then file for change of status from H4 to F1. Link to comment
