N400 application, american spouse, documents checklist

Hello,

 

I have asked this question previously but am confused with the answers. I am applying for citizenship based on the fact that my spouse is american citizen. So along with my N-400 and green card and photographs, i am required to provide evidence of marriage as stated in link:

Can someone please confirm if i am correct also if the bank statements and leases, etc for 3 years would be ok to provide along with the N-400?

It needs to be for the statutory period, i.e, for the 3 years before applying.

If i were u i would strictly go by whatever is in documents checklist link you provided and yes you need to send those with application

You need to carry either of the documents listed in 1 and 2 and 3 and either of documents listed in 4

Also they have asked for 3 years and not more than that
