mrafiq44
Hello, I have asked this question previously but am confused with the answers. I am applying for citizenship based on the fact that my spouse is american citizen. So along with my N-400 and green card and photographs, i am required to provide evidence of marriage as stated in link: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/article/attachments.pdf Can someone please confirm if i am correct also if the bank statements and leases, etc for 3 years would be ok to provide along with the N-400? JoeF
It needs to be for the statutory period, i.e, for the 3 years before applying. Link to comment
