mythilistays Posted June 20, 2014 Report Share Posted June 20, 2014 My PD is Aug 6 2008. EB2 . Filed in Jan 2012. Have not received RFE for i-693 yet. Since USCIS said I-693( medical) is valid only for a year, lot of ppl are getting RFEs. My date will be current on July 1. i have not gor any RFE yet. Is this good or bad? Link to comment
