Hello, 

 

I have valid H1B visa and I am trying to apply H4 visa for my wife. I have few questions:

 

While making appointment for visa it asks the following questions. Could you please let me know what should be the answers for these:

 

 

1) Principal Applicant's Name

2) Principal Applicant's Visa Class

 

3) Petitioner's Name

4) Start Date

5) Receipt Number

5) Expiration Date

 

 

Please help me.
