Can we get NABC after having BC

Hello All,

 

Question may look foolish but here is my situation...

 

In 2010, I applied for Canadian PR which needed my birth certificate from India. So, I registered in 2010 and got my BC (my original birth year was 1982). Now, I'm in the process of applying for I485 and my employer is asking for NABC since it was not registered within 1yr of original birth year. In this case, will i still get NABC since I already have BC.

 

Can I actually submit my BC (taken in 2010) alone for I485 ?

 

Please advice.

You need to submit two affidavits from two persons who are present during his/her birth. Since the date of birth is registered lately .

For proper process take some guidance from your legal adviser, they will give a correct information about NABC as well as provide you details about affidavit.
