NORI TO WAIVER

Hi All

 I received only two letters from India (Delhi and Chennai passport office). I tried by all the way to get the one from TN govt, but i am not able to.

1. Is it okey to proceed with two NORI letters?

2. what is the next step after getting the NORI letters from INDIA?.

When I applied for J1 waiver in 2012 I used 2 NORIs obtained from authorities in India to get the final NOC from Indian consulate, Chicago.

@stan.stans: I have similar situation got two letters from India (Delhi and Chennai passport office) but having hard time getting the letter from TN Home department. Did you proceed with just 2 letters or were you able to get the third one too? Please let me know the information. My documents processed from NY Indian consulate.

Last heard from my friends is that they no more accept 2 and insist for 3 NOCs. You can give a try.
