Visa Approved after shoplifitng

Hi Friends,

 

I have charges for shoplifitng in 2011 and went to h1b visa stmaping to india and got my visa stamped succesfully..!!

 

I mentioned truthfully about the incident in DS forms and i had no issues at Port of entry as well.

Would really appreciate, if you could let us know, if you were convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude.

 

I have a class A misdemeanor on my record  since 2009 and I have not travelled out of country since then. I want to go to visa stamping and visit my parents back home... I miss everyone back home.

 

I want to know, if anyone went through similar situation.

I was arrested for not wearing a seat belt. I do not have any documents with respect to this. Can you please tell me what documents I need to carry so that I can start collecting those documents.
