H1 B Visa stamping when I have two approved H1B petitions

Scenario:
Company A does H1B extension for me and its approved till June'15. After this, I travel back offshore.
Company B does H1B transfer for me when I'm at offshore and its approved till Oct'15.
I have not joined Company B still. Company B wants me to do VISA stamping on my own.
I need to get VISA stamped to get back to US.

 

 

Question:
1. Is it mandatory that I should get VISA Stamping done using the petition filed by Company B only?
2. Can I can get the VISA stamping using petition from Company A even though there is another approved petition(from company B)?
3. Can company A find out about the approved petition from Company B if I go for VISA stamping through Company A?
