Max007in
Scenario:Company A does H1B extension for me and its approved till June'15. After this, I travel back offshore.Company B does H1B transfer for me when I'm at offshore and its approved till Oct'15.I have not joined Company B still. Company B wants me to do VISA stamping on my own.I need to get VISA stamped to get back to US. Question:1. Is it mandatory that I should get VISA Stamping done using the petition filed by Company B only?2. Can I can get the VISA stamping using petition from Company A even though there is another approved petition(from company B)?3. Can company A find out about the approved petition from Company B if I go for VISA stamping through Company A? Link to comment
jairichi
1. If current H1B visa is valid then not required. 2. You need relevant petition for whichever employer you intend to work for. Otherwise you are committing immigration fraud. 3. No. Link to comment
