kumar6028
Hello, I applied for my labor in 6th year and have been approved as well. However, I just have two months remaining before my 6 years of H1-B visa status expires. I have applied for I-140 via premium process. I have a question related to H1-B extension process. Please find my question below: Am I eligible to apply for H1-B extension with my labor application having been approved or do I have to wait until my I-140 gets approved? Please advise. Thank you.
