Hi

 

I changed my client from X to Y and I changed state too. They are two different states around more than a year back but an amendment is not done by my employer. They only filed an LCA for the new location.

 

Employer says since offered salary is same and designation along with duties are same so it is not a material change.

 

Can this result in an RFE when I file extension? Also,does this impact I485 approval in future if amendment is not done?
