H1B amendment + H1B transfer at the same time ???

Hi,

 

I have approved H1B from employer X. This guy is filing Amendment petition for one of his clients, that is under process. 

 

Shall I transfer H1B to new employer at the same time or Need I to wait for the Amendment approval and then to H1B transfer?

 

Will there be any issues both processes are happening simultaneously?
