vpaleti Posted June 12, 2014 Report Share Posted June 12, 2014 i will apply AOS for my wife on the first day when my PD becomes current , what happens with my wife's PD, As one of the attorneys told me that she might have to apply through family based EAD.will she be getting a new PD or will she will carry my PD? kalyan_ac Posted June 17, 2014 Report Share Posted June 17, 2014 She will have the same PD as yours but the acknowledgement that you get after filing 485 for her has the date the 485 was received by USCIS and thats for documentation purposes only. Link to comment
