ramreela
My Situation: 1. I am a Senior Associate working with a major IT firm for the past 8 years. 2. I I have been working in the US for the past 4.4 years (maxing out on L1 soon) 3. My H1B visa was recently applied by my company and I did not get through the lottery. 4. My wife got through H1B visa lottery approval process this year. 5. I have got admit from a major B school in the US with full scholarship. I am going for my F1 visa stamping to India - can I be rejected because I have been in US and because I did not get through H1B lottery , I am trying to go back to US on F1 Visa (this is not the truth though , I was anyway doing my MBA) Thanks Link to comment

t75
Did you infor the university that you ahve an MBA. They do not like fraud any more than immigration. They wasted a scholarship on someone who did not need the degree. You can return on H4. Link to comment
vara.neni
Hopefully not, if you can prove that you are going to return to India after the MBA program. Make sure to have enough evidences. Link to comment
