EB3 & EB2

Hello, Please advice. Below is my case.

 

Employer A filed GC with EB3 category (TSC)
Filed GC: July 2007 (PD)
Lawyer : ABC
I-140 approved
485 Pending.
EAD and AP received.

Changed Employer B (used EAD received through EB3 previously)
Lawyer : XYZ
Filed AC21
Filed GC with EB2 (NSC) (Oct-2012)
Perm approved
I-140 approved and PD ported from previous EB3 (which is July 2007)

Joined back Employer A (using EAD) on Dec-2013
Filed AC21.
Lawyer : ABC (same as first time)

Starting July 2014, PD dates will be Sep-2008 which means my EB2 petition will be current. Is there a way to get GC through either EB2 or EB3 with above scenario?

 

Any help or advise is greatly appreciated.
