MakeItHappen
Hi, I am working for an employer in india since i last received H1B visa refusal in Oct 2011. Since then i have been paying indian taxes. Recently i met an employer who filed my H1B under future employment with H1B transfer on April 9th normal processing. After 2 months I received RFE saying that to submit employee-employer relationship. What should I do? Link to comment

rahul412
What should I do? You don nothing, you got nothing to do. Your employer has to prove that his will be controlling your work. I say forget this employer and find real employer, one with direct clients or FTE. Link to comment

jairichi
Thanks guys. I was thinking to opt for premium processing. You can opt for PP but employer/attorney has to respond to RFE. Link to comment
