About four - five months after I came here I got a job and transferred to H1 visa. I've been in status since then but I have not yet got my passport stamped. I know it is recommended to get the passport stamped in my home country - India. But is it possible to get the stamping done in Canada? How likely is approval or rejection after B1 to H1 conversion (India or Canada)? Link to comment
