H1B Employee transfer , H4 stamping required

Hello , 

 

I changed from Company  A to Company B on April 2014 . Earlier my self and my family members had valid Visa until  March 2015.  The Company B  transfer my H1B visa and I got I797 Valid until June 2016 . They didn't transfer H4 for my spouse and kid 

 

My question is :

 

My spouse and kid are going for Summer Vacation , whether they have to go for stamping for company "B" or they can travel with  old VISA  valid until March 2105 ( But with company as A"

They can travel with existing valid visa and a copy of your new I797.
