Right? I am clueless where to start. All and any kind of help is appreciated. Hello female_indian, First place to start would be the checklist of the documents required - that takes more time than anything, in India. Set all the documents in order. And then comes the DS-160 part. Yes, you have fill separately for each of them. It is always a good idea, if you have an agent who would work with them, on their side - sure, it is a charge, but it really helps to organize and monitor. Again, that depends on the fact, if you already know someone - someone that you have worked with, before. I would like to mention here, that, there would be posts/friends/other people, who would warn you of your sibling's visa. Most made statement is that, visa would not be approved for the sibling. But, don't get discouraged :) VIsa for parents should be a cakewalk. Usually, everything is smooth there. If you have any specific questions, do post them and I will try to answer :) Good luck! omshiv
It is NOT a good idea to involve a Agent..it wont help...as a matter of fact it will be even worst. Link to comment

t75
NEVER use an "agent". If you need assistance, use only a US licensed attorney. Link to comment
