H1b Transffer

Hi... I am having H1B visa and working for ABC company. Now i transferred my visa to XYZ company, visa is approved with XYZ company and i can see online status.

But now i decided to continue with my current company ABC.

 

Please suggest if any issues i will face in future like extension of Visa from ABC (current company) or any drawbacks.

 

Also can XYZ do against me as they spent some money on my visa transfer and now i am not joining them.

If you have signed any legal document stating that you are liable for damages for not joining employer XYZ then you have reasons to worry. Consult an attorney.
