stct80 Posted June 7, 2014 Report Share Posted June 7, 2014 My PD is June 2008 and I was issued EAD before the PD retrogressed. Now I recently received an email from USCIS on RFE on I485 filing. I am still waiting for formal document from USCIS. My questions are: 1. What are these RFEs on at this stage of processing? 2. Do I need to prepare anything by the time is receive the RFE paper? 3. If the PD becomes current now, what will happen to my I485 filing and the Green Card processing. Can someone please help? Best Regards... Link to comment
cap-gap Posted June 9, 2014 Report Share Posted June 9, 2014 there is a memo by CIS that medicals expire if they are more than an year old..most likely yours is the same.. you should get the RFE letter in a week or so..ur case will be on hold until RFE response is submitted.. Link to comment
