Chances of parents getting visitors visa

My parents are retired. They are financially dependent on me. They do not have tax return or property.

They wish to visit me for 1-3 months. I can take all the expenses of their visit.

 

1.What is the chance that my parents will get visitors visa?

2.Has anyone got visa in the similar situation?
