There is no Client office in Jax,FL but the Client is fine with me working remotely from home from Jax ,FL. 1. What implications can this have on the LCA - would it be illegal to work from home ? 2. There is a Orlando office in FL but it is 2 hours away from my home. So even if my employer gets an LCA for Orlando I may go to Orlando once a week and continue to wfh rest of the 4 days from Jax,Fl - Is this an immigration issue or is this fine?
