Recently went for H1-B Stamping and got Visa on Passport until my H1-B petition May 2016.But looks like I got I-94 till 2015 September 26.

 

1) What are the actions need to take after 2015 September 26 expiration of I-94?

2) Is I can travel to India after 2015 September 26 expiration of I-94?

3) Again need to go for Stamping?

1. Exit and enter US with a valid H1B visa and I797 before 26th Sept 2015.

2. Before expiration.

Contact local CBP for help. If not

1. Cross the border before your I94 expiration date and get new I94

2. You cannot stay beyond your I94 expiration date

3. No need of stamp if your visa is still valid at that time

Without exit the US, Before expiration of i-94 Can I go to nearby International airport and get the extension of I-94 from CBP?Please suggest.

Looks like my passport is expiring on 2015 September 27.May be that is the reason they have given me I-94 till 2015 September 26 instead of H1-B visa stamping May 2016.

2) After renewal my passport is it Mandatory to exit the US to renewal my I-94?

2) or Just contact to get the help of CBP at nearby International airport?

Yes, your I94 expiry is based on your passport expiration date.

1. A year in advance.

2. Yes.

3. You can try but I doubt it will work.

Yes. An I-94 is always only issued until the end of the visa or the expiry of the passport, whichever is sooner.
