I have my current H1B visa valid till sept 2015, but i changed the employer last year and my old H1B petition was revoked I was not knowing i can use this Visa to reenter into USA and so i booked an appointment to get new Visa stamped with my current employer. So my question is, in worst case if i get a 221g, can i enter into USA with my current H1B visa and new petition? Will they cancel my current h1B visa if i go for stamping and not get new visa? Will there be any problem at POE? Link to comment
