Re-entring USA with pending DWI case

I was charged for DWI with Alocal leval 10.00 on 10 Apr 2013 ...nothing  came out after so amny court date as my attorny ditch me then I hired another attorny .

But due do some family issue I have to come back India on 30 Dec .and case is now inactive stage my crimnal attorney has asked me to inform him ny return date before coming back to USA  he will reactivate the case ..

 

Please let me know what all things i need to prepare before reentering USA  so I don't have any immigration issue .

 

I have my Bail Bonds and court report of case .
