oldbridge
My H1B 6th year with all recaptured time is expiring in Feb of 2012. Employer will be filing PERM in next few weeks, considering that my PERM approval might take longer than 6 months , what are my options here ? If i go out of US when my H1 expires , will the PERM case be abandoned ? or the employer can file 140 when the PERM is eventually approved ? Can i come back later (after an year) on H or L visa and make use of the same 140 ? Please advise. Link to comment
