If a U.S. Citizen files a petition for his/her unmarried son/daughter, say back in June 2002 and the AGE of son/daughter at that time was 17. Would these children still be eligible for petition as long as they don't get married and if the Priority Date becomes current per June-2014 Bulletin => (01JUN02). Thanks in advance. Link to comment
