Travelling to India on F1 status after H1B approval

Hi Guys,

I am on F1 status right now working on OPT. Both my OPT and F1 status are valid until May 2015. 

I applied for H1-B this year and it has been approved which starts from Oct 1st 2014.

Now, i am  travelling to India on Aug 1st 2014 and returning on Sep 7th both on F1 status.

My questions are;

1)Does travelling on F1 status before H1B start date affect my H1B petition, 

2)Does it affect my H1B visa stamping in future?

3)What about my I-94 as its going to be changed when i have to give my H1b I-94 which i got with H1B approval form before leaving USA and i will receive a new I-94?
