H1B transfer- premium processing- no receipt after 15 days

My new employer filed for H1B transfer under premium processing on 3/13/2014 and it reached USCIS on 3/14/2014. It's being 15 days so far no receipt number and the checks are not yet cashed. I am worried about my application. I contacted the attorney even he doesn't know whats going on and he said he verified the documents again and everything looks good.

Does anyone have any ideas or experienced some thing like this before. Any ideas or advice is appreciated.

It appears to be lost in transit. If he mailed it with tracking, it can be located.
