shital_new
Hello friends... i am glad to share my visa experience here on this forum. The overall security check process was smooth and quick. There were 3 security check points and during the last check point of security, the security personnel will hand over a token number along with a white booklet having details of employment rights etc. It took around 35 min for me to get my token number displayed on the screen for visa interview. Questions asked by VO: 1. Brief me about your work? ans - designation and work duties as mentioned in LCA. 2. Who sits beside your desk in the office and asked the name of person? ans - I told him the name of my colleague. 3. Do you have a US degree? ans - nope. 4. Do you have degree from India? ans - told him that I have done BE followed by post graduation in India. and that's it. He typed something in his computer and handed over white slip to saying "your visa is approved"... It was very simple, he did not asked me any single document. I am hoping to get the PP by Friday evening Link to comment

sbetal
Hi Shital, Congrats for your H1B. I'm planning to go to Calgary on 15th October. I'm on H1b from Oct 2013 with no US Degree. I have two years of work exp from India and one year in the US. I would like to know your suggestions about going there for stamping. Are there any risks involved? I would really appreciate your help in this. Thanks for your time. Link to comment
