chelvan.thamizh@gmail.com
Hi Experts, I had my H1B stamping done by Dec 2013 and entered US by Jan 2014 and I was working there till March 2014. I came back to India by April 2014, got on offer from another employer, they filled H1B transfer and the current status is in RFE. I have following queries in my mind. 1. Is it legal to travel back to US as I have valid I-94? 2. What will happen to my old H1B visa if my transfer is rejected ? 3. If I have decided to stay with my current employer is there any problem in entering US with my old H1B ? BR Tamil Link to comment
