Last time when I enter US I have used Advance Parole and my status become Parole later I have filed for H1B Ammendment to changes my status back to H1B and I got H1B status back. Now again I am travelling international and while enter in US I will be using my Advance Parole and again my staus will become Parole and if I apply for change of status by filing H1B Ammendum, Is that will be a problem? bcoz its second time I will be applying for H1B Ammendum for the reason of change of status . Please let me know it will be fine to apply for H1B ammendum as many times as needed or if there are any restrictions and any problems bcoz of that. I appreciate your response Link to comment
