vasu007x Posted May 27, 2014 Report Share Posted May 27, 2014 I don't have a birth certificate and I filed a self affidavit declaring my DOB, while applying visa's for my parents 5 years ago. The date I declared is not correct and I'll be getting it corrected in India through courts. If I get a new affidavit with the new date will there be any issue? Will my visa or I-485 petition be rejected for giving false information? Link to comment

Apart from it is much better to take advice from legal adviser. Link to comment
