Travelling while on OPT and I797A APPROVED WITH I94

Hello Everyone,

I am currently on OPT valid until september 9th 2014. My application for h1b is approved and I have received the I797A form with the COS approved with new I94 Card (Start date October 1st 2014)

 

Now my questions are,

Can i Travel outside USA and get back with my OPT?

Will this travel affect my approved change of status?

Do I still need to travel outside USA after my OPT ends on september 9th to get my visa stamped? whether i travel outside the country or remain in USA until October 1st?

 

I would appreciate anyone who clarifies this.
