cct
In my application to the Department of State for the waiver of the two year home residency requirement, I provided two self-addressed prepaid courier (Fedex) envelopes and International Airway Bill instead of the USPS self-addressed stamp envelopes. I wonder whether would USCIS use this. And if they do not, would USCIS send me the receipt and final approval using their own envelopes and stamp? Link to comment
