W2 and LCA wage difference

Hi,

 

I was working with an employer in 2013 on OPT who filed my H1 in April 2013 and my LCA says that wages offered is not less than 60000. but my w2 from 2013 has an amount of 48000$ where my H1 period is from 1st Oct 2013.

I worked the whole month of Oct, On vacation in Nov(Payroll was run only for half month)

I changed my employer in Dec so that paystub was run on Jan 1st which will appear in next W2.

Im planning my stamping next month in Jamaica. Will there be any issue because there is a mismatch on LCA amount and W2?
