H4 or F2 visa

This is a continuation of below post and need more opinions for chances of getting F2 visa for daughter.

I am planning for F1 visa stamping (from H4 status) and will travel with my 4yrs old daughter. For my daughter there is an option of H4 stamp as my spouse is in US on H1 visa or F2 visa along with my F1 visa stamping. My spouse will sponsor education cost and will show enough liquid cash for F1 and F2 visa.  

 

is there any chances of F2 visa denial? 

 

I am (F1 visa holder) is sponsored by spouse for studies so can I request F2 visa for daughter?

Go for stamping together. No one can guarantee a stamping or denial.
