Effect of H1B visa on student's STEM and OPT

Hi all,

Sorry for the long post. I have some questions about the effect of H1B on STEM/OPT. I’d really
appreciate it if someone could give me answers or pointers to the questions below -

1 – If my STEM and H1B are approved, but I leave my employer before October 1, then do I
still get to keep my OPT + STEM ?

2 – If H1B gets approved (but not in effect) before STEM, then is my STEM automatically
cancelled ?

3 – If my H1B is approved, but is withdrawn by my company before October 1, will I also
lose an approved STEM ?
