I applied for Masters in a university in California and waiting for my i20 to convert my H4 to F1 (COS). My husband got another job and we are moving to Texas now. Since there is time left for fall application. I am planning to apply for another university in Texas. Can i apply for COS from H4 to F1 with my i20 with California university and later apply for SEVIS transfer to the university in Texas? Link to comment
