New H1b RFE for specialty occupation - Please help

Can you please share some info on what documents were sent to USCIS in regards to the RFE, if you can please ask your attorney or employer?

 

Also, if u dont mind can please share your job title?

They asked us a detailed description of my work duties..

They matched it up with my Masters background and sent us a doc to get it signed from HR.

 

When your educational background matches your work and your company is willing to support you.. you do not need to worry about it..

 

My Job Title is Jr Developer.

@sonsheth - attorney is still preparing docs, they gonna send docs by july end. Even I am scared whats gonna happen because they have asked too many evidences.

@np87....yes true even to me they have asked lots of evidences. Let me know once your attorney reply to rfe and decision status thereafter. I hope it gets approved....this rfe is actually making me mad thinking on what will happen. Thanks.

Initially when I got the RFE i totally lost hope but then realized after doing some intense research that its actually a boiler plate rfe. I just hope my employer can provide solid docs for this case.

 

what did ur attorney said? U job is in IT or business or mfg?

My RFE points are as below

1. Updated SOW for client with validity date of August 2020
2. End Client letter
3. My company US Assignment letter that mentions the Client work location, my H-1B job title of xxxxx and salary of $xxxxx.00
4. Position description with the time spent on each duty along with Why a Bachelor’s Degree is required (PFA template)

What should i write for JD with below.

·         Job Duty :

                              Duty Details:

                              Why a Bachelor’s Degree is Required:

                              How the Beneficiary’s education relates to the position:

                              Time Spent on this duty :   %

The employer has to handle that. You should not even be involved.

But Joe,
Looks like, I am the only better person to know what i do and what i did in my bachelors degree, and correlate the same between work and education. So on top of it probably they do modifications and send it to USCIS.
