H1B Transfer without visiting USA

Hi

 

My H1B was filed and got stamped in september 2014 through company A and didn't visited USA. Now i am changing to company B

 

1. For Transfering my H1B to company B do i need any documnets other than approval notice from company A?

 

2. Upto how many years it will be valid to transfering my H1B visa to different company?

1. Approval notice should be enough.

2. Till you complete 6 years stay in US on H1B status.

So my 6 years will count from day i enter US not year of lottery picked ?

From day 1 you enter US on H1B status and 6 years of physical presence in US on H1B status.
