Second Masters--CPT

Hi,

I completed my Master in May 2013. I was working as a full time employee. My company applied for H1B but unfortunately my didn't get through lottery. My OPT ends in May 2014. So I applied for second masters at one school which offers me full time CPT,

1) If my company allows can I take  CPT from 1st day of school starts? How long can i take CPT?

2)if my OPT ends by June5. and my CPT starts on July15. Can I work in this one month gap?

3) Incase if I apply for H1B next year, can I apply on previous Masters degree? So can I apply in advanced degree quota?

4) Will this CPT have any impact on next H1?

Please respond as soon as possible. Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

Thanks

Looks like you are planning meticulously to end your career in US.

No real school offers CPT for somebody who just signed up.

And CPT is not for work in some arbitrary company.

What you are trying is abuse of CPT. It will kill your career in the US.

If you do this CPT abuse, you will not get an H1 next year, or ever.

Have you not heard of TVU???

It sounds like you are dumbing down your education as well ab abusing CPT. What decent company would hire you after you take a lower level degree just to remain in the US?

You are better served going home for some real experience.

A good employer would not employ you on CPT; they ruin their reputation and ytou are just not that important in the scheme of things and certainly not important enough to get on ICE/USCIS radar of potential visa abusers..
